PLEASE NOTE: The shipping duration quoted above is in working days (normally Monday to Friday). *Goods ordered before 1pm (except on Friday) are eligible for next day delivery in the UK. Next Day UK Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday.
Where do we Ship?
We ship to most countries in the world, including those in Europe,
North America, The Middle East, and Australasia. For logistical reasons,
we are currently unable to ship to certain countries including Malaysia, Indonesia,
Nigeria and Gaza. By
inputting your country in the delivery address details, a list of available
shipping options will be displayed.
Shipping durations outside the UK, are a guide to time with courier. Customs charges and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer,
and we cannot be held liable for any delays as a result of goods being held by
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
How do I Return Goods?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 28 days of receipt of goods, having notified us within 7 days that you wish to return them (see below).
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable, for hygiene and other reasons; these are clearly marked with a ~ next to the product name. We regret that we are unable to offer returns on Sale goods, unless faulty. We are however happy to offer exchanges, or other sizes, on these items, where available.
Under the UK distance selling regulations, you have 7 days from receipt of goods, to notify us that you wish to return them (except in the case of faulty items). You then have a further 21 days to return the items to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these timescales.
For all exchanges and returns, you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This number will be needed for exchange or return of goods, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without this number.
OK, so how do I get the 'RAN'?
It's Easy! Simply:
- Log in to the site, using the login email and password when you created your account.
- Click on your name, at the top right of the browser window.
- Select the 'Order History' tab.
- Click on the relevant order.
- Next to the item you wish to return, enter the quantity returned, and return reason.
- Click on 'Obtain RAN'. That's it! Note: You must fill in the quantity and reason boxes before clicking the button, otherwise, it won't work!
- You'll also receive an email with the RAN.
Cancelling an order
Order cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine!) to the address below, quoting your order number, within 7 days. If however your order has already been processed/shipped, and you have received the goods, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Returns section below.
Care of Items
We will not be liable for replacement of items where they have been incorrectly laundered or cared for. Manufacturers care instructions must be followed at all times, and any care instructions shown on this website are for guidance only. Always launder/dry clean according to the label on the garment!
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of and method of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
Please complete the returns form (having obtained a RAN - See above), and send both the Return Note and parcel to:

If the item is Faulty
If the item you received is faulty when receive it, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
It's The Wrong Item!
We pride ourselves on our level of customer service, but very occasionally,
being human, we do get it wrong. If the item you received is not what you originally
ordered, please contact us by email at email@example.com,
quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and
the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We
will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
